Our Board

CWH has an independent, expertise-based Board of seven Directors, including one tenant Director. Their backgrounds include property development, finance, social housing, law and community welfare.

Our Staff

CWH, a not-for-profit company differs fundamentally from other community housing organisations taking a role as developer as well as manager of its properties. Our Development Management team purchases land, contracts design consultants to design appropriate accommodation and tenders the contract to build the units to established certified builders. Following completion of these units they are then passed through to our Housing Management team who let and maintain the units. Both areas are supported by the Finance team and guided by our General Manager.
