Our Board

CWH has an independent, expertise based Board of Directors. Their backgrounds include property development, finance, social housing, social policy development, asset management, project management, law and community welfare.

Our Staff

CWH, a not-for-profit company has well developed expertise as a property developer as well as manager of its properties. Our Development Management team purchases land, contracts design consultants to design appropriate accommodation and tenders the contract to build the units to established certified builders. Following completion of these units they are then passed through to our Housing Management team who let and maintain the units. Both areas are supported by the Finance team and guided by our Chief Executive Officer.
