Our Development Manager Derek Bebbington has oversight of the
development function which has seen the Company produce to date
491 units of developed stock over the past twelve years. A further 56 units are at planning stage for our site in 35 O'Dea Ave, Zetland. Derek
has the responsibility of ensuring that the units meet the companys
strict development guidelines some of which include energy efficient
designs, maximum solar access through building orientation, minimum
consumption of resources and energy in construction and servicing
systems.
