CWH's in house property development team have to date delivered 547 units for long term rent by CWH, with approximately 200 units planned for delivery by 2014/15.

CWH has a reputation for delivering high quality projects that are sustainable, energy efficient and accessible and which provide excellent amenity to our tenants, as well as fitting seamlessly into the surrounding community.

Our latest projects include Joynton Avenue, Zetland and North Eveleigh, an exciting project for which CWH has recently lodged a Development Application with the Department of Planning and Infrastructure. The project is a part 6, part 7 storey residential flat building comprising 88 units, with basement car parking for 39 cars and 88 bicycles, a roof top garden and landscape works. The development will provide a mix of studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments and is located adjacent to Carriageworks in the North Eveleigh Railyards, just off Wilson Street, Eveleigh. Work is scheduled to commence on site in October 2013 with completion scheduled by December 2014.

The application is on exhibition until Friday 31 May 2013 and is on the Department of Planning and Infrastructure's website.
