Our Housing Manager Donna Mitchell and support staff have the
responsibility of finding tenants, allocating properties to those
tenants and managing those properties. They attend to reviewing
the assessed rent payable by tenants, inspecting tenants properties,
organising scheduled and responsive maintenance, ensuring that
tenants pay their rents promptly and following up through the
tribunal those who fall into arrears. Enquiries about this area
