Our Wentworth Street development is expected to provide homes for approximately 99 households with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, as well as basement parking for cars and bicycles. There will also be several commercial premises on the ground floor. The development is located within the Cowper Street redevelopment situated on Wentworth Street and Bay Street. As part of the development, a green landscaped roof will be provided for all residents of the building.

Wentworth Park is one block away with Broadway being a short 10 minute walk. Bus services are available at Broadway.

Construction commenced in 2018 with completion in 2019.

Our Ross Street development is expected to provide homes for approximately 75 households with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms apartments as well as basement parking for car and bicycles.

The development is located within the Mirvac Harold Park precinct to the southern edge opposite the Harold Park Hotel. 

City of Sydney Council are in the final stages of completing parklands across Ross Street. As part of the development, a green landscaped roof will be provided for all residents of the building. The Harold Park Tramsheds are only 5 minutes by foot with Glebe and Annandale town centres being a short 10 minute walk.

Construction will commence in 2018 with completion in 2019.

City West Housing (CWH) have lodged a Development Application for Bourke Street, Waterloo.

It is expected to provide homes for approximately 74 households with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments as well as parking for cars and bicycles. Located on the western alignment of Bourke Street, Waterloo, it is within 600m of Green Square Railway Station as well as being in easy reach of the Sydney CBD, airport, schools, public transport, major motorways and private hospitals.

This development is located within the Danks Street South Planning Proposal which was exhibited in mid 2017 indicating a new park to the rear of the development together with a new laneway off Bourke Street.

Botany Road is expected to provide homes for approximately 63 households with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments as well as parking for cars and bicycles.

The site is located at the northern end of Alexandria and is bound to the east by Botany Road. It is in excellent proximity to a range of amenities and services available in the area including parks, educational establishments and community facilities. Green Square and Redfern Stations along with bus services are located within metres along Botany Road and surrounding major streets.
