1-5 WENTWORTH STREET, GLEBE

Our Wentworth Street development will deliver 99 apartments with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, as well as basement parking and several commercial premises on the ground floor. As part of the development, a green landscaped roof will be provided for all residents of the building.

The development is located within the Cowper Street redevelopment situated on Wentworth Street and Bay Street. Broadway Shopping Centre, which has bus services, is within a short 10 minute walk. Wentworth Park is one block away.

Construction commenced in 2018 with completion expected in 2019.


110-112 ROSS ST, FOREST LODGE (HAROLD PARK)

Our Ross Street development will provide homes for 75 households with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments as well as basement parking and communal green roofs.

This development is located on the southern side of the Harold Park precinct, opposite the Harold Park Hotel. 

The Harold Park Tramsheds and Jubilee Park light rail station are only 5 minutes by foot, and Glebe and Annandale town centres are a short 10 minute walk. A 3.8ha public park is located on the opposite side of Ross Street within the Harold Park precinct recently opened.

Construction commenced in 2018 and the first residents are expected to move in early 2020.

Development approval has been obtained for our Bourke Street development for 74 apartments. 

It is situated on the western side of Bourke Street. Green Square, Green Square Railway Station and Moore Park are within a short 10 minute walk.

This property is located within the Danks Street South Precinct of a draft planning proposal which was publicly exhibited in mid-2017. The development is on hold until the potential yield uplift proposed in this draft planning proposal is finalised and investigated.


74-88 BOTANY RD, ALEXANDRIA

Development approval has been obtained for our Botany Road development for 63 apartments.

The site is on the western side of Botany Road and is on the northern end of Alexandria. Australian Technology Park is within a 5 minute walk, Redfern Railway Station is within a 10 minute walk, and there are bus services located within metres along Botany Road and surrounding major streets. 

The development is on hold until potential yield uplift is investigated.
